It's been a few years since Joy Wilson's last release. She's been busy getting married and making a couple babies... but now she's back to making music again. Her fourth album, "Four," is merely a four song EP, but it's been a mountain in the making for her. With the reality and humility of motherhood (there's not much glamour with spit up on your shirt), she's become less about impressing and seeking approval and more about revealing her unabashedly flawed self to others as a welcome sign to her fellow reality-based listeners. This album is about who she is, not who she wants to be.
